The Queen is Dead… Long Live the Queen
December 23, 2009 on 5:57 am | In Uncategorized | 10 CommentsMy Mom, who I sometimes fondly referred to as The Queen of All She Surveyed, passed away at 2:43 am. Thank you to all who sent prayers and well wishes to me and my family in this terrible time. She battled cancer for a little less than 2 short months. I had no idea it could move so fast or go so long undetected.
My Mom was my best and truest friend, the only person I really trusted on Earth besides my Dad. Please pray for him. He’s having a hard time coping with this, as am I. This is the hardest thing I have ever done or will ever do in my life and I have no idea how I’m going to get through the next weeks, months and years without her wisdom, love and guidance in my life.
Thank you all once again for your love and support. It really meant a lot to her to know that people from all over were praying for her and wishing her well and it means more to me than I can ever express.

I’m so sorry, Bianca. But I’m glad you were there with her. It’s the time we spend with our loved ones that matters most.
Please get some rest. You need to take care of yourself now.
God bless and keep you.

Bianca, to you and your father my deepest sympathies. Just take things a day at a time and be kind to yourselves.
And when a little time has passed I believe you will find that she has given to you everything you need to go on without her.
May the holidays give to you a measure of peace.

Bianca I am so sorry I had hoped she would pull out. I know what it is to loose a parent to early in life. I was in my thrities when dad left us here. It will be the hardest chalenge of your life but from what I read here and in your books you are a very strong person who looks beyond the bad and sees the good to come. Tell your dad he is in all our prayers and he has much love coming his way. One day you will smile again, the you will laugh and remember her love and joy in life not just the last few months. Bright Blessings to you and always remember we are here when the day starts and when the day just wont seem to end. Barbara Brown

My deepest condolences for your loss and for your family. I lost my father around Christmas time 7 years ago. I know the pain you are suffering. May it give you some comfort to know that I am praying for you and your family.
