She would give her life to save his, but can he save her from himself?

Marc LaTour is the Master vampire. Kelly is the new Gal Friday at the winery her best friend and her new husband own. Marc is obsessed with Kelly, though he doubts he could be so lucky as to finally find his One after over six hundred years of searching. Still, he reacts with jealousy when his old friend and fellow Master comes for a visit.

Marc and the other men take turns watching over Kelly, hoping to prevent heinous events foreseen in her future from taking place, but there are other intrigues afoot. An upstart vampire in Marc’s territory issues a challenge to Marc’s leadership. It will be a fight to the death, but Marc knows he has much to live for… if Kelly turns out to be his One.

  1. We are mellow when it comes to V Day. We cuddled on the couch, watched movies and then went to Chapters (Canadian bookstore), where we had starbucks and wandered the shelves!
It was a most excellent day!

    Congrats Audra!

  2. My husabnd and I love dancing salsa. Beacuse we have four small children at home it is hard for us to step out and enjoy the night life and dance clubs. Because he knew I would enjoy dancing, valentines night away, my husband converted his home office into a mini disco. He lavished every open area with beautiful roses and we drank sparkiling champagne. Our night was amazing and we enjoyed each others loving company all night long!

    Congrats Audra!!!!

  3. Hi Bianca, I do not have a sweetie this year. I spent my V-Day at home reading a bunch of romance novels. I’m a sucker for a HEA. I read Terry Spear’s Heart of the Wolf and her Destiny of the Wolf. I also read Larissa Ione’s Desire Unchained. That was certainly satisfying.

I also had the opportunity to read an ARC of Ghostland by Jory Strong. I love anything by Jory and Ghostland is everything that I come to expect when reading one of Jory’s books.

It was a great way to spend Valentine’s Day. Snuggled up with a bunch of romance novels… ;)

  4. Hey Bianca,

I already have it & spent last weekend on a Bianca roll read Rare Vintage & said what the heck & got all the Dragon Knight series & read it too. I can’t believe I have waited so long to read them. Loved it & hated it when I got to the end & had no more!!!! Finished up Tuesday & I am now anxiously awaiting oh, Phantom Desires (which comes out on my birthday woo-hoo), another Dragon Knights, Grady, or Dante (Inferno) or anything else you want to rush out.

Valentine’s Day: I received a bottle of wine, a big teddy bear, & flowers on Friday evening from the hubby & son. Saturday I had a single pink carnation waiting on me when I got up from the hubby! Took my son & 2 nephews (7, 5,& 2 respectively) to Build a Bear & they had a blast!! This gave my sister & her hubby a weekend without the kiddies!!!

Best wishes & have a great day,
    Susan

  5. My husband and I spent the evening in the Emergency Room, with our son, instead of going out for a nice grown-up evening. When we finally got to see the ER doctor, he managed to pull several of the “conversation heart” candies out of his nose. Happy Valentine’s Day.

  6. My husband got up early on Valentine’s Day and set my dining room table up with stuff. Flowers, candy, cards. He also sets up things for the kids too. Then he went to work for the day. :(

So I spent Valentine’s Day reading.

    Congrats Audra!

  8. My hubby and I spent the day watching hockey. My son played 2 back to back games and his buddy played right before him. When we got home we got a call to go watch an OHL game. Tonight he saw a marked down heart choc at the grocery store and threw it in the cart,,,,,, now he said he bought me something. So UMMMMMM not very romantic…. I live through the books I read to get my romance!!!

  9. We drove up to the snow for the first time with the kids–we managed to install our chains without incident and the kids had a blast playing in the snow. Thank God for friends who loaned us all the snow gear! ;) No presents, really, but the husbands did all get the wives some chocolate–mmm!

  10. My bf gave me roses, and the thing I crave the most; white toblerone, oh how that made me melt. Then we went out to a restaurant and had a wonderful dinner. Later that evening we watched a romantic movie, and enjoyed each others company :) Best V day ever

  12. It was a very quiet Valentines Day. I always say that we always have a ‘Valentines Day’ here and there after 25 years of marriage :) We too try to make a ‘date’ each week for us, could be going out for breakfast to cuddling up to a show on TV together, so its just taking time out to be with each other.

This book sounds awesome! I saw too its expanded from before! Neat!!

  15. My valentines day was a go out with friends day. We had fun riding around and shopping. Being with friends is the best without a boyfriend in your life. My night was surrounded by kids as I tried to babysit at church for the Valentines day dance. It was the best time I have had in a VERY long time. I love babysitting and hanging out with friends. :)

  18. We don’t really celebrate Valentine’s Day. My husband had to work, the 17 yr old was at a couple of parties and the 13 yr old was home. When my husband got home we just watched some TV. The next day I bought him candy at 50% off!
